FreeATS Resume is a product of RIKHATH LLC and is supported by RaiseFeed. Referral links to RaiseFeed may include campaign parameters, but we do not place resume text, names, or email addresses in those parameters. Resume-delivery addresses are not automatically enrolled in marketing.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our resume building services
• Process AI enhancements and ATS scoring for your resume
• Send your completed resume to your email address
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our Service

Your resume content is processed by advanced AI to provide enhancement suggestions and ATS scoring. This processing:

• Occurs only when you request AI features
• Is subject to our AI provider's usage policies
• Does not permanently store your data on AI servers

• Resume content is processed in real-time and not stored on our servers
• We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Email addresses are stored only for transactional purposes
